Whether it’s for a training session, recreational activity, or meeting, our Booking Officers are available to take your bookings for hourly sessions at one our available indoor or outdoor facilities. Our facilities offer flexibility for your selected event. For example, you may use our sand floored National Beach Court for beach volleyball, beach futsal, handball, or even if you are organizing a family funday. Looking for space for a two to three-hour meeting? Talk to us about available spaces at our Event Lounge (HFC Bank Stadium, Vodafone Arena, Lawaqa Park), Corporate Box, Training Room, and Concourse. Hourly bookings can be made at the following Fiji Sports Council locations:

• Fiji Sports Council office, FMF Gymnasium, Laucala Bay, Suva. Office hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am-4pm. Call Booking, 8912975.
• Lawaqa Park, Sigatoka, for grounds and hardcourts. Call Supervisor Lawaqa Park, Evisake Bainivalu, 2358111 or 6520733.
• Victoria Tennis & Squash Courts: Call 3305599.
• Lautoka Tennis Courts: Call Supervisor Ilisapeci Shute, 9403842.

What You Need to Know:

• All hourly bookings are dependent on the availability of the facility you are requesting.
• For practical reasons, we only accept hourly bookings for the current week.
• Hourly bookings are not confirmed until payment has been physically made and received by our team. This means that we will not accept bank transfers; cash payments only accepted. We are currently working on installing card payment platforms.
• When entering the facility, tender your physical receipt to the Facility Attendant or security staff. We encourage you to take a photograph of the receipt immediately after issue, and save it on your mobile device in case you lose your physical copy.
• If your sports activity involves changes to the sporting fixtures (goal posts, nets, tables), and given that bookings may be back-to-back, we kindly request a brief turnaround period to dismantle and arrange fixtures for the next hourly activity.
• If you have scanned the QR code and joined our interactive viber community, clearly state your (1) desired facility, (2) date of activity, (3) time slot.
